Understanding the difference between RGB and CMYK is essential for accurate printing. Monitors display colors in RGB (Red, Green, Blue) using additive light, while printing presses use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks, which rely on subtractive color mixing.

The RGB color spectrum is broader than CMYK, allowing some colors to appear vibrant on-screen but impossible to reproduce in print. To ensure the best color accuracy, always design your print-ready files in CMYK mode.
